Ms. Forouzanfar obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She remained at LSU, obtaining her Juris Doctor, as well as her Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law, from the Paul M. Hebert School of Law in 2012. Following admission to the Louisiana State Bar, Jade began practicing Professional Medical Malpractice Defense and Commercial Insurance Defense in New Orleans, Louisiana. She continued to focus her practice on the defense of healthcare providers over the next several years, working for firms specializing in Healthcare Law, both in New Orleans and Lafayette, Louisiana.
Since returning home to New Orleans in 2017, Jade’s practice remains primarily focused on Medical Malpractice Defense, involving the representation of a wide variety of healthcare providers, including long-term acute care facilities, surgery centers, and hospitals, as well as dentists, physicians, and nurses rendering healthcare services in the fields of emergency medicine, dentistry, orthopedics, ophthalmology, cardiology, and psychiatry, among others. In addition, Jade’s litigation practice extends to the areas of premises liability, construction law, and automotive liability.
Jade is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Jefferson Parish Bar Association, New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.
