Dax Foster focuses his practice in representing healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation. He has significant experience defending hospitals, physicians and nursing homes throughout Louisiana in all stages of litigation. For more than a decade, Dax has assisted medical professionals in dealing with the unique complexities of malpractice claims and has successfully defended medical facilities in both professional and general liability actions.
Dax also has extensive experience representing businesses, individuals, insurers and governmental agencies in a wide range of matters in both state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. He has extensive litigation experience in the practice areas of trucking and transportation, premises liability, professional liability, workers’ compensation and general casualty litigation.
Dax received his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, also earning a certificate in International Legal Studies. He received his B.A. from Louisiana State University and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, as well as the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
