Mary-Marshall Seaver, R.N.

Mary-Marshall Seaver, R.N., is a graduate of Pueblo College with a degree in Nursing (2006) and of the University of Maryland with a degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (B.S. 1995). Following her undergraduate degree, Mary-Marshall worked in Washington, D.C. at The Advisory Board Company/Corporate Executive Board, a corporate and healthcare consulting company. After enduring a scary day on 9/11, she decided to change careers and enrolled in nursing school.

As an R.N., Mary-Marshall worked at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, a Magnet designated facility in San Diego, on the Telemetry and Cardiac Post Interventional Units. She was involved with training nurses while working on the Telemetry and Step-Down units at Maui Memorial Hospital, and she was the R.N. for an Electrophysiology/Cardiology office on Maui.

Mary-Marshall has been a legal nurse consultant since 2013. Her primary areas of practice include medical malpractice and long term care litigation. Her responsibilities include medical record review, summary and translation, identification of potential areas of liability, locating and interviewing fact and expert witnesses, conducting medical research to identify current standards of practice, and providing litigation support.
